100% Ragging-Free Campus

Sunaina College of Pharmacy strictly adheres to the regulations laid down by the UGC, PCI, and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India regarding ragging prevention.

Ragging in any form—physical, verbal, or mental—is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the college campus, hostels, and canteens. Our institution maintains a **Zero Tolerance Policy**. Any student found guilty of ragging, abetting ragging, or participating in a conspiracy to promote ragging will face severe disciplinary and legal actions, including immediate suspension, expulsion, and filing of a First Information Report (FIR) with the police.

Major Penalty Details:

Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.
Withholding/withdrawing scholarship, fellowship, and other benefits.
Debarring from representing the institution in any regional, national, or international meet.
Expulsion from the institution and consequent debarring from admission to any other institution.
Rigorous imprisonment for up to **2 years** and/or a heavy fine as per law.

How to Fill Online Anti-Ragging Undertaking

Every student and their parents/guardians must submit an online anti-ragging affidavit/undertaking at the beginning of each academic year. The process is completely online and free of charge.

Visit the official UGC Anti-Ragging Portal: **www.antiragging.in** or **www.amanmovement.org**.
Click on the **"Fill Online Affidavit"** link.
Fill in your personal, parent, and course details carefully.
Enter the College details:
- College State: **Bihar**
- College Name: **Sunaina College of Pharmacy**
- Principal Name: **Naresh Kumar Tiwari**
Submit the form. You will receive an email containing your unique reference number and a copy of the affidavit.
Print the confirmation mail, sign it (student & parents), and submit a hard copy to the college office.
