Internships & Hospital Training

Practical Learning

Hands-On Clinical & Industrial Exposure

A core requirement for completing pharmacy degrees is practical training. Sunaina College provides robust support for clinical training and industrial internships.

As per the **Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)** regulations, D.Pharm and B.Pharm students must undergo mandatory internship programs to qualify as registered pharmacists. We have established strong tie-ups with leading government hospitals, retail chains, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to facilitate these sessions smoothly.

Internship Duration Norms:
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) Mandatory 500 hours of hospital training spread over not less than 3 months in a Government Hospital or recognized health center.
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) 150 hours (minimum 4 weeks) of industrial training in a licensed pharmaceutical manufacturing unit or testing laboratory during the final year.
